- We can guarantee results in most cases, but not all problems can be solved 100%. We will, however, not take on the job unless we can guarantee results.
- We therefore ensure that Pest Birds will stay away from all treated areas during the guarantee period. Experience has taught us that the products often outlive the guarantee.
- We will monitor your treatment from time to time, and will liaise with you to ensure your on-going satisfaction. After expiry of the guarantee, we will conduct a survey to see if there are any areas that require attention. A phone call to our offices will ensure a follow-up call within 24 hours.
- Whilst we try our best to pre-empt any touch-up before the customer calls us, we will need to rely on a call from you should you feel it necessary to re-treat an area. If you would like to phone us to tell us how good it is to be Bird-free at last, please contact us as well!
