Wire Trip Stainless Steel Wire Deterrent is the perfect solution for protecting your wooden pergola beams from possible pest bird activity.

Wire Trip Stainless Steel Wire Deterrent consists of a series of very thin self-tensioning stainless steel monofilament strands, supported on stainless steel posts, which are fixed to the surface. These strands are then run in rows parallel to each other, where necessary, with tension introduced by means of specially manufactured stainless steel springs in order to maintain elasticity and reduce the risk of breakage of the strand.

This particular kit will provide you with stainless steel posts and hammer drive anchors (should they be required) to be installed to the wooden pergola beams, as well as a sealant, which is used to properly seal all holes drilled into the surface of the pergola beam for the stainless steel posts, in order to prevent the ingress of water.

The kit will comprise sufficient materials to install a total of one (1) strand of Wire Trip Stainless Steel Wire Deterrent to run down the centre of the lenghth of the pergola beam. This will prevent pest birds from roosting on these beams and soiling the areas below.

Our Wire Trip Stainless Steel Wire Deterrent is available in 10m, 25m, 50m, and 100m standard kit sizes for wooden pergola beams, and comes with a one (1) year warranty against material defects.
